Real People's Voices

Wow! I find the Personal Learning Networks really intriguing. It emphasizes the human connection which I was missing. While listening to the voice threads I could see how professionals are connecting, sharing ideas and becoming friendly while networking. Michael Guhlin's comments made me feel less intimidated about being an expert with digital technology. The aspect of connecting globally is really awesome. It's a valuable tool in promoting communication using many different world languages. My expectation is that students will be very motivated to communicate in a second language using digital technology.
